Legislative Action:

Due to the high cost of a Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) improvement project, ALASD is requesting Special Appropriation funding to mitigate the debt service burden. ALASD is solicitating support from Legislatures for H.F.3829 and S.F.4151 in the amount of $25 million.
